the MedMyst team with your request. A minimum order is 36 magazines (in any combination) for $22.00 (US), which
includes shipping and handling fee of $2.00. Items will be shipped media rate.
(For Texas residents, an appropriate amount of the $2.00 handling fee will be applied to sales tax as needed.)
